Joshua lost his first tooth today. He has been wiggling it all week and after breakfast this morning it came out. He is very proud of the hole in his mouth. He says he looks 8 now. I cried. I did not cry when he took his first step, or when he transitioned from a baby bed to a toddler bed, or even on his first day of school. Maybe I'm just in a pensive mood who knows, I have not taken time to analyze it...and with the number of boxes needing to be unpacked...maybe I won't analyze it! I'm going to blink and he will be wanting the car keys.
We have been in Campbellsville for a week already! It has been a busy week, but we are beginning to sort through the boxes. It is nice to have the family together under one roof again. We have had a warm greeting to this small town. I have not cooked dinner since we have been here, it has been graciously provided every night-including tonight! As we settle in I will begin updating the blog more often again.
Joshua is 8 years old. He is a fantastic (and very patient) big brother. He loves cars, animals, and reading books. Joshua is a thinker and keeps us learning all the time with lots of questions.
Lydia
Lydia is 6 years old. She has a shirt that says "I love to smile and be happy" and that sums up Lydia's days. She brings joy and delight to our family.
Katherine
Katherine is a beautiful 4 year old. She is a risk taker, having no fear of anything! She is full of energy and loves to talk. She is independent and very determined. She lives life to the fullest!
